BEGIN
The Cycle of Down begins with responsibly and ethically sourced/harvested down. Down is a byproduct of the Poultry industry, no birds are raised solely for down production. The entire supply chain is certified- from parent farms, hatcheries, raising farms, slaughterhouses, to processing facilities.
PROCESS
We apply strict requirements on the quality of down. Every batch is tested for its content, fill power, species, cleanliness, and allergen free, environmental-friendly chemical standards.
MAKE
RDS and Oekotex standards are carried out during the garment finishing process.
RECYCLE
The cycle continues when garments are recycled, our identification label which ensures down is sorted correctly based on species and quality. Recycled down is being reprocessed and given a 2nd life, the cycle continues…
